Tringë Sokoli

Tringë Sokoli, PMP, is an expert in communication, policy analysis, and project management, currently serving at Kosovo’s Prime Minister’s Office.

With over eight years of experience across government, international organizations, and media, she specializes in inter-institutional coordination and high-level policy advisory. Previously, she managed communications at UNDP Kosovo and led editorial projects at Kosovo 2.0. She holds a Master’s in Public Management from the University of Potsdam and a Bachelor’s in Journalism from the University of Prishtina. Tringë is recognized for her strategic leadership in EU funding, governance, and public outreach. With her diverse and international work experience, she is another perfect match for our Board. Read more

Medina Orana

Founder & Board Member

Medina Orana,  MSc, PMP, is a higher education leader with extensive experience in academic affairs, project management, and international collaboration.

. She oversees academic advising, career services, and international exchange programs while also lecturing in Project and Change Management. As a Project Manager for the ROAMING Erasmus Project, she drives efforts to standardize higher education operations in the Western Balkans. Holding degrees from the University of Sussex and UCLA, she has been awarded multiple prestigious scholarships. Her expertise spans strategic planning, academic development, and international project management. With a strong background in process management and leadership, she is a highly valuable member of our Board.

Philipp Konrad Labhart

CEO, Founder & Interims Board Member

Philipp Konrad Labhart is an educator, musician, and social innovator with extensive experience in primary and special needs education in Switzerland. He is the founder and managing director of Hinterhaus Records GmbH, contributing to the cultural and music scene for nearly two decades. His work spans teaching, project leadership, and voluntary engagement in Kosovo, where he supports educational and community-driven initiatives. Philipp holds a Master’s in Special Needs Education and a Diploma in German as a Second Language from Zürich. Passionate about social change, he is actively involved in NGO-driven projects fostering education and inclusion. Labhart’s sincere and positive approach to his environment and the resulting visions form the cornerstone of our activities for Better Together.

Flutura Çelaj

Project Management & Fundraising

Flutura Çelaj is a multi-disciplinary artist, ranging from music, to fiction, non-fiction, and painting. She studied Creative Writing at St. Lawrence University and now works as a strategist dedicated to empowering the arts through fundraising and communication. She has successfully raised over $4 million for nonprofit organizations, ensuring sustainable growth for creative communities. From Kosovo to New York, her expertise spans grant writing, media strategy, and artistic collaboration, making her a vital force in shaping the future of cultural initiatives.
